The San Diego – Imperial County Fire Fighters Advisory Council to the Burn Institute (FFACBI) is a group of volunteers made up from local fire service personnel throughout the county (membership is limited to fire personnel only). The FFACBI’s largest event is the annual FIRE EXPO and the “Give Burns the Boot” Countywide Boot Drive.
