Throughout the year, the Burn Institute schedules special outings for burn survivors and their families. At these outings, parents of burn survivors have the opportunity to meet other parents and benefit from a peer support while sharing their concerns, fears and triumphs. Outings can include a whale watching adventure, tickets to Padre games, trips to amusement parks and water parks and much more.
